Around the corner is the bus stop for the 48A Bus, which in 15 minutes takes you to the Volkstheater/Ring or the City Hall of Vienna. Also around the corner is the tram line 9, which takes you to the Westbahnhof and the famous shopping street Mariahilferstraße in 10 minutes. If you want to travel more by underground, the U6 station Burggasse and the U3 station Schwegler Straße are only 700 metres away. The famous St. Stephen's Cathedral is therefore only 15 minutes away by public transport. Thus, the flat is perfectly connected to the public transport network. You will also find excellent restaurants, bars, supermarkets and all the charm Vienna has to offer in the surrounding area. Generally, I attach great importance to cleanliness. Therefore, you will always find the apartment completly clean. Also, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the appliances and cookware you need to prepare meals. (Water Boiler, Toaster, Cutlery etc.) There's also a private bathroom and a separate toilet, providing you with all the comforts of home. There are parking spots outside the apartment but the are not free in the Working Days from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. On Saturday & Sunday free parking is available.
