It features a 180 cm x 200 cm sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and an open dining area. ✔ A fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, and tableware. ✔ A modern bathroom with a shower and sink, plus a separate toilet for added privacy. ✔ A comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. ✔ A washer for your laundry needs. ✔ Baby cot (Travel Pack 'n Play) available on request (€10). ✔ Luggage storage is free for early arrivals or late departures. ✔ For your safety and that of the building community, this property has cameras located on the common areas of the building. Additionally, it’s conveniently close to NATO head(hidden) and major city attractions: ✔ Diamant Metro Station – right next to the building for easy city access. ✔ Rue Franklin & Rue Archimède – vibrant streets lined with restaurants, bars, and traditional eateries. ✔ Place Schuman (20 min walk) – home to the European Commission and European Council. ✔ Square Ambiorix & Square Marie-Louise (20 min walk) – scenic green spaces popular among joggers. ✔ Cinquantenaire Park (5 min walk) – one of Brussels’ most beautiful parks. Other Things to Note: This property is offered under a minimum 91-day occupancy agreement. The 7-night setting reflects (hidden) search parameters only. A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. If not signed within this timeframe, the reservation may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. Here’s what you need to know: ● Pets Accepted: Small dogs under 13 kg only. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats or other pets. ● Approval Process: Let us know your dog’s breed, size, and any relevant details for pre-approval. ● Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is required to cover any potential damages or extra cleaning. ● Guest Responsibility: We kindly ask that your dog is well-behaved, house-trained, and does not disturb the neighbors. ● Guest support is available from 9 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week. Additional cleaning on demand is also available at a surcharge. ● We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am). After this period, a late check-out fee will be applied. Additionally, any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges. ● The apartment is intended exclusively for accommodation purposes.
