Additional cleaning fees are determined by what needs to happen to return the unit to its original. Based on $35/hr. - The water, gas, and trash are paid utilities. The limit on the internet is 1,280 gigs. If you go over the limit, please let the host know beforehand. - We provide a starter pack of cleaning supplies.
