E uno spazio accogliente ed invitante, le due camere da letto hanno un letto matrimoniale molto confortevole, con biancheria fresca e pulita. BOOKING CONDITIONS Minimum stay: 1 month Maximum stay: 12 months (renewable) SECURITY DEPOSIT: Equal to one month for stays between 1 and 3 months and 2 months for stays between 4 to 12 months. Once the lease period has begun, it is possible to withdraw from the lease with 90 days' notice without incurring penalties; otherwise, the entire security deposit will be withheld. Suppose the lease is terminated before the natural expiry date as per booking, even with regular notice. In that case, the customer must compensate the property, where present, for the commissions paid to the website on the entire rent.
