Security deposit will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received. - The security deposit can't be part of the last month's rent. - Every tenant is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and in good conditions. - Parties are not allowed. - Loud noises are not allowed after 22:00. - Smoking inside the property is not allowed. - Pets or animals are not allowed. - Guest stays are limited to a maximum of 5 days. Extensions beyond this period require prior authorisation.
