The Lounge & Rest in Porto was designed for those who want to experience the city in a genuine way. The large sofa becomes the centre of well-spent nights, whether watching a film on the large flat screen or chatting after dinner at one of the many restaurants in the surrounding area. The washing machine add autonomy to longer stays, while the air conditioning ensures comfort throughout the year. Located near the Piscinas da Constituição, in a lively and very local residential area, this apartment offers a different experience of Porto, less touristy and more authentic. Go out in the morning to discover the city and return at the end of the day with time to have a coffee next to your house, chat with neighbours or enjoy a francesinha in a traditional restaurant. It is an apartment for those who value balance. The water and power bills are included in the month ́s rent, up to 50€ for each one. WiFi, cable TV and all taxes are included also. The price includes, once per month, a complete cleaning of the apartment and laundry service. There will be a contract, signed by both parts, with the details of the stay.
