Please be advised of the following: - Before the check-in the tenant needs to pay the security deposit which will be fully refunded to the tenant in case there is no damage to the property. - An additional fee of 200 euros per month applies for bookings with 2 occupants. - The rent includes weekly cleaning of the communal areas.
