Welcome to this 3-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, which has been renovated and furnished in 2024. This property is located at Georgiou Theotoki , Piraeus BEDROOMS & AMENITIES: Bedroom NO3 is approximately 16 square meters and has the advantage of a small private balcony. Comes with air conditioning (for cooling and heating) and shared Wi-Fi up to VDSL 100 mbps. Every bedroom have their own locks for added privacy. This private bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a study desk with a lamp, a mirror, and many closet for your clothes LOCATION & TRANSPORTATION: The apartment is conveniently located near Piraeus port, just 4-5 minutes away by bus to the new metro stop Dimotiko Theatro or Piraeus. Public transportation is easily accessible with the bus stop for lines 843, 859, 040, and 049 just a 2-minute walk away. You'll also find plenty of amenities such as shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, all within a stone's throw. SHARED SPACES: In addition to the private bedrooms, tenants will also share the common areas with your roommate, which include a small living room , a kitchen equipped with stove , oven , fridge , a bathroom with a washing machine (with a drying rack provided for your convenience). There are some kitchen utensils like glasses , spoons, plates, frying pans, sandwich maker etc left from previous tenants, but in case there is something missing or in a bad shape , we do not provide / replace them. We provide only the 5 major electric appliance (Stove , oven , fridge, washing machine and boiler for hot water) . You are welcome to use any other appliance or kitchen utensil that previous guest have left but if you need anything else you have to buy it for your self. MONTHLY RENT & BILLS: There is a FIXED monthly cost for utilities , (please CLICK on the monthly price that says "exclude bills, deposit required" to see full analysis of all costs). Note that the utility called "GAS" is the cost of building expenses. There is no gas or central heating. We use Air condition for heating / cooling CHECK IN Please note that we do not operate 24/7. Check in is not available on Weekends , holidays or after 19.00 Check also the video (after photos ) if it is available for this property DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit is required in cash upon check-in, and it is refundable upon check-out after the room has been inspected. Damage deposit and rules are stated at the online contract (no need for signing) that our company will create a few days after your check in. If you have a Greek Tax number you also need to accept online the contract using your tax credentials (this does not apply to students or residents without Greek tax number) OTHER DETAILS: Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
