In a quiet residential area, equipped with all the amenities you will need: supermarkets, shops and the green line metro that will take you directly to the center of Milan and easily to all the university poles of Milan. The flat, recently fully renovated, is composed of a pleasant and bright relax corner with TV, where you can eat and entertain in company, a fully equipped kitchen, three single rooms, one double room and two large bathrooms with shower. The flat is strategically located to provide an easy access to Milan's main university campuses: - IULM 10 minutes walk; - SPD (Scuola Politecnica di Design) 10 minutes walk; - NABA 15 minutes by bus 47; - BOCCONI 20 minutes by bus 74 and tram 9; -CATTOLICA 20 minutes by tram 2. The area is very well served by supermarkets and shops for any need. Strategic location that allows you to enjoy the several activities that Milan offers. You can explore the city both by walk or by using the great public transportation: - Metro green line Romolo, 15 minutes walk or 9 minutes by bus 47; - Metro green line Porta Genova, 10 minutes by bus 74; - Bus line 47 and 74, right next to the apartment; - Tram 2, 5 minutes walk. Please note the contract can not end in April May or June. This means, for instance, that if your contract starts in March the end date has to be at the earliest in July.
