The laundry room with washing machines and dryers shared with other guests is located on the ground floor of the building. The apartment also benefits from a close proximity to the bus stop from Menaggio to Lugano down town and station. RENTAL CONDITION: - One-time agency fee: it covers the registration of the contract and all the bureaucratic practices related to that. - The monthly rent includes 100€ electricity and gas utilities.
