There is a convenient common laundry area on the ground floor of the building. Inside the minimalist bedroom, you have a Queen-size bed with luxury bed covers, built-in wardrobes, and another window balcony. Additionally, there is an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This apartment has a great bright atmosphere - complimented by its luxury furniture.
