The apartment is located on the second floor of a residential building. The building has an access ramp to the entrance, lift and concierge. Although located in a lively area, full of services, bars, restaurants and theatres, it enjoys a calm and quiet atmosphere thanks to its good insulation. 🍁The apartment is exterior. Steeped in culture and history, the Madrid of the Habsburgs is the oldest and most traditional neighbourhood in the city. The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance. Central heating hours (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Air conditioning only in the living room. 🍁The apartment: The apartment has three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. Two of the three bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom has 2 single beds, in addition to the comfortable double sofa bed located in the living room. The independent kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, washing machine and oven among other appliances. 🍁To be taken into account: IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival. Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system.
