It is an ideal option for those looking for tranquility, good connections to the center and all services at hand. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a sofa, TV, dining table and storage space. The kitchen is independent and is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a functional countertop perfect for cooking comfortably. The double bedroom includes a double bed and a wardrobe so you can store all your belongings. The full bathroom has a spacious shower and modern finishes. Located in the Retiro district, this area combines neighborhood life with an excellent gastronomic offering, supermarkets, local markets, and all kinds of services. Less than a five-minute walk away is Retiro Park, perfect for morning walks or outdoor workouts. The apartment is very well connected, just a 3-minute walk from the Ibiza metro station (Line 9) and the Principe de Vergara station (L2 and L9) 11 minutes away, as well as several nearby bus lines that connect to the center, Atocha station, and other key areas of Madrid. A privileged location to enjoy Madrid comfortably and with good connections.
