All our apartments are fully furnished and equipped with a Wifi connection for a peaceful stay. Please note: although the apartment does not have its own washing machine, the residence has a laundromat available to residents. A step is also available for easy access to overhead storage areas. The rent includes complimentary home insurance. IMPORTANT: Your booking will be confirmed ONLY when you will sign the lease and pay agency fees plus a security deposit after reservation on Housinganywhere. Agency fees will be 15% of the total rent, with a maximum amount of 1150 EUR for 12 months or less, and 8,5% of the total rent, with a maximum amount of 2300 EUR otherwise The refundable security deposit will be 1150 EUR if your rental is for 5 months or less, and 2300 EUR otherwise.
