A cozy and affordable single bedroom in great location in Ljubljana This is a fully furnished, single bed room in the higher ground floor flat in a typical Ljubljana town house. The room is accessed from the main stairwell adjacent to the apartment and it has it's own private toilet. It is a cozy room with everything you will need during your stay (comfy new bed and mattress, closet, study desk and it gets plenty of natural light but also shade in the summer from the hazel bush growing just outside the window. You will be sharing the flat with two flatmates. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with view of the garden and a bathroom with a bath tub and a a toilet. The house has a private garden and a patio where you can barbecue, sunbathe or just simply relax after a busy day. There is also possibility of parking (behind a gate) and the best thing is the fantastic location. House is literally 2 minutes (walking distance) away from the green oasis of the city, famous Tivoli park and 5 minutes from city center on one side and city bike and bus stations (for more distant destinations) on the other. For your weekend trips around Europe you can just hop on a train which is also in immediate vicinity (Tivoli station). The price of the rent does not include the utility costs (water, gas, electricity, internet...) which usually average at around one hundred € per person/month during winter season. In case of any emergencies in the flat, the maintenance crew is always on stand-by. Cleaning service is included in the price.
