The apartment provides modern amenities like air conditioning, Smart TVs on both floors, and high-speed Wi-Fi for your convenience. Water Heater The apartment features a 100-liter water heater, so please be mindful of hot water usage in both the kitchen and bathroom. If the hot water runs out, it may take up to 2 hours for the water heater to fully reheat. We recommend using hot water efficiently to ensure a steady supply throughout your stay.
