During the day you have a comfy and spacious living area with a sofa, TV, dining table. At night the top of the art sofa-bed (made and designed in Italy) easily converts into a very comfortable bed. There is a modern shower room with sink and WC Included in the building there is a communal laundry room with a washing machine/dryer, free of charge and there is no timetable. Additionally, you have access to a private storage room just outside your apartment. Neighbourhood description Calm residential neighbourhood. 10min walk to Place St-François (city center). Many charming restaurants can be found within 5min as well. Getting around Street parking (blue spots) is available around the building which is free for an hour during day time and evenings between 8pm-8am Mon-Sat. A covered parking (Mon Repos) is available for a fee and is 200m away. Public transports (bus line #9) are within 200m. Being in the city already you won't require much of it though since everything is walking distance.
