The bedroom features a box spring bed (180 cm width), wardrobe, iron & ironing board, armchair, and desk. The separate kitchen/living room has a cozy sofa corner (sofa bed) with TV, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. The modern bathroom comes with a shower and hairdryer. Free Wi-Fi is available. There is a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers in the basement. A weekly cleaning service (including the change of bed sheets & towels) is available upon request for €66 per week. For longer rentals, a private mailbox is available upon request. The apartment building is located in the Deutz district on the right bank of the Rhine, very close to the exhibition center, making it particularly suitable for trade fair visitors. Shops for everyday needs and a small selection of cafés and restaurants can be found around Deutzer Freiheit street. The Rhine riverbank with Deutzer Werft, Kennedy-Ufer, Rheinpark, and Poller Wiesen offers local recreation in green surroundings. The Messe/Deutz long-distance train station is only a few minutes' walk from the apartment building and offers both long-distance connections to destinations in Germany and abroad as well as many regional connections. In addition, the station is served by several underground and tram lines (1, 3, 4, 9, 14), which guarantee excellent connections to all destinations within Cologne. The walkway on the Hohenzollern Bridge, which offers fantastic panoramic views of the old town and the banks of the Rhine, lead to the city center and the cathedral on the river’s left bank. Der Fernbahnhof Messe/Deutz liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Apartmenthaus entfernt und bietet sowohl Fernverbindungen zu Zielen im In- und Ausland als auch viele Regionalverbindungen. Zudem wird der Bahnhof von mehreren U- und Straßenbahnlinien (1, 3, 4, 9, 14) bedient, welche eine hervorragende Verbindung zu allen Zielen innerhalb Kölns garantiert. Über den Fußweg auf der Hohenzollernbrücke mit tollen Panoramaansichten der Altstadt und des Rheinufers erreicht man die linksrheinisch gelegene Innenstadt und den Dom.
