Immaculate 4 bedrooms 3 bathroom is exceptional for your next vacation. This house has 2 king en-suite and the other rooms has twin beds with a hallway bathroom between the rooms. Garage has a been converted to a game room with a pool table and foose ball table. The entrance invites you through an open floor plan through the family room/dining room combo leading to the spacious kitchen with an eat-in kitchen area, breakfast bar and separate eating area. Plenty of natural lighting brightens up the home through the large windows and sliding doors leading to the patio. Walk out onto the covered lanai, and enclosed patio with a full pool bath and spa including lounge chairs with cushions.Please note you can also pre-book the pool/ spa/ jacuzzi/ hot tub heat for your home for an extra fee. The clubhouse has a cinema, exercise room, Wii room, sundry, and a games area. Outside there is a large communal pool, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball and a BBQ picnic area and kiddies play area as well as a tiki bar that serves drinks as and some food. *Please remember that our home is non-smoking, and we have a strict no-pets policy as well. Please note that the Community allows only 4 cars per property. Important notice for Garage: Motor vehicles / trailers / heavy objects are prohibited in this garage. The garage floor in this property has been painted and sealed . It’s sole purpose is for guests to use it for a games room only. The floor is not strong enough to take the weight of any type of motor vehicle / trailer or heavy objects. Additional information: • Checking in is hassle free with keyless entry • Free home phone with free calls anywhere in the USA • Private pool can be heated for an extra fee • Full size washer/dryer for all your laundry needs • Iron and ironing board • Hair dryer No commercial vechicles, trailers, boats, etc are not allowed in the community. Vehicle has lettering, magnetic sign, decal or a wrap advertising a service or retail product with or without contact information 12. Vehicle has ladder racks 13. Vehicle has material transport racks/boxes 14. Vehicle seats over 8 people 15. Vehicle is registered or tagged as a livery or limousine 16. Vehicle has dual axles 17. Vehicle has a mount in bed for “fifth wheel” trailer towing b. Recreational Vehicles (RV or Motor Home) – All types towed or self-powered i. Defined as both motorized and non-motorized vehicles that combine transportation and temporary living (hidden) for travel, recreation or camping. c. Trailers for: Cars, Boats, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, debris removal, utility use etc. d. The following other types of vehicles may not be operated within community: i. All-terrain Vehicles (ATV) – any Non-Over Road Vehicle ii. Mini-bikes iii. Vehicles not registered or insured to operate on public roads e. The exceptions to non-over road vehicles are only to be used by the community vendors and management in the performance of maintenance and the execution of community related business. Our house is located just of the 192, where there is a large selection of restaurants, takeaways and shops, including large super markets (Walmart is just down the road) for all your needs. We are available anytime for any questions and any assistance. We are not run by a big management company where you are just a number. We are the owners of the house and we live locally. We take care of the house as our own and you will experience the difference!
