Welcome to our beautiful villa situated in Veranda Palms, only 3 minutes away from West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway. Our home boasts stunning scenery, tranquil surroundings, and a breathtaking lake view. Veranda Palms is ideal for a family vacation. It is located right next to a nature reserve, with excellent trails and beautiful scenery. There are several supermarkets about 5 minutes away, which include Sam's Club, Publix and Target etc... A good meal can be enjoyed at one of the many restaurants that are in the same area. Veranda Palms is also ideally located for attractions and activities. By car you can reach Disney's Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon, Epcot, Universal Studios and much more in 15-20 minutes. By driving 1.5 hours to St.Petersburg, you can experience the most amazing beaches Florida has to offer, and in Tampa you can also find Busch Gardens. Kennedy Space Center is about 1 hour drive from the villa, our home has many modern conveniences to ensure a comfortable stay. The villa has also been professionally decorated to give an executive feel throughout. With two floors, 8 bedrooms and 7 baths, your family will be able to enjoy spending time together, but also obtain privacy when needed. . The living room: The villa has an open living room and kitchen. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa.The living room is delicately decorated, and allows for quality time. Free WI-FI and cable are available for our guests as well Kitchen: Here you will find all modern appliances, stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher and a large double fridge with freezer and ice maker. You will also find coffee maker, blender, mixer, kettle, toaster, pots and pans and all kitchen utensils so you can make your own dinner. Complete tableware for 16 people, and much more. Dining table with 6 chairs, light design, and 3 bar stools where you can enjoy a good meal or morning coffee. BEDROOMS 1ST FLOOR: Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed (Private Bath) Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 2 Full Beds Hallway Bathroom between the Queen and Full bedroom BEDROOMS ON 2ND FLOOR: Bedroom 4: 1 King Bed (Private Bath) Bedroom 5: 1 King Bed (Private Bath) Bedroom 6: 1 King Bed (Private Bath) Bedroom 7: 1 King Bed (Private Bath) Bedroom 8: 2 Twin Beds (Private Bath) Pool: After long hours in parks and shopping centers, it is wonderful to come back to your own private South East facing pool area. As you aren’t overlooked in the back, you can thoroughly enjoy dining al fresco or drinks by the pool side. Here you can relax in the sun on one of the 4 loungers, or take a refreshing swim in the lovely pool. The villa is equipped with extra large pool area. The terrace is partially covered so you can pull into the shade during the hottest parts of the day. The pool is surrounded by netting to protect against bugs and UV rays. Pool area features: -lake view -4 loungers -pool heat is available at an additional cost. Important notice for Garage: Motor vehicles / trailers / heavy objects are prohibited in this garage. The garage floor in this property has been painted and sealed . It’s sole purpose is for guests to use it for a games room only. The floor is not strong enough to take the weight of any type of motor vehicle / trailer or heavy objects. - COMMUNITY CLUB HOUSE - • 3 minute walk from home or quick drive • Heated community pool, hot tub & kids splash pad • Beautiful furnishings inside and outside • Fitness center • Showers, changing rooms & restrooms Parking Rules for the Community: Vehicles must be parked in the driveway or in the garage. Driveway only fit 2 cars. Vehicles parked in the street, blocking the sidewalk, or on the grass are at risk of being towed at your own expense. Overnight parking in the clubhouse is not allowed. No parking in front of the dumpster. All commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motorhomes, motorcycles, and boats shall be parked in enclosed garages at all times. Additionally, please do not park in front of fire hydrants. It will be necessary for emergency personnel to have access to this in the event of an emergency. Vehicles blocking fire hydrants are at high risk of being towed, at your expense.
