The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove (gas), fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, dishwasher and more. The apartment has both heating and air conditioning and is well isolated with double glazing. High speed internet, cable TV, TV stereo and home cinema system and laundry facilities are all available in the apartment. The apartment is located in Ixelles. Ixelles is a neighborhood with character and style, wildly popular in the expatriate community. The apartment is at walking distance of the European Parliament and Shuman square. It is closely located to train and bus stops that bring you to the city center in 20 minutes. 3 to 6 months rentals: +20% (above the actual mentionned rent) and only after approvel More than 1 person: +50 euros/months excluding utilities. The amounts of the charges are provisions on your personal consumption. every 6 months a count is made on the basis of meters which are individual to each apartment. The other cost of 35€ is the commune tax on furnished rentals Beware : we do not allow "first residence" ou "residence principale".
