A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. If not signed within this timeframe, the reservation may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. • This apartment is part of a serviced residence, providing guest support 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to midnight, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. • A security deposit is required regardless of the stay duration, to ensure a secure and hassle-free experience. • A signed rental agreement is required for long-term stays. • Guests are granted a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 a.m.). Beyond this period, a late check-out fee will apply. Additionally, any damages, stains on the couch, or unauthorized additional guests will incur extra charges.
