The fully-equipped kitchenette offers: 2 electric burners Refrigerator with freezer compartment Toaster Nespresso coffee machine Electric kettle Cutlery and flatware for 4 guests The modern bathroom features a sink, shower, towel warmer, toilet, and ample storage space. Families with young children can request a baby cot (travel pack n' play) for added comfort during their stay. We aim to provide a comfortable and seamless stay for our guests. The 7-night setting reflects (hidden) search parameters only. A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. If not signed within this timeframe, the reservation may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. As per the house rules, we kindly request a deposit/guarantee to be made 2 days before your check-in, as per our house rules, in order to receive your check-in instructions. Historic Charm: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 5-story building. Due to its protected status, the building retains its characteristic narrow staircase and entrance door, adding to the historic ambiance. Central Location: Being in a lively central area, the streets are often bustling with people and the sounds of nearby restaurants. It may get noisy, but we provide earplugs for your comfort. Check-out Policy: We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time of 11 a.m. After this period, a late check-out fee will apply. Additionally, please note that any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges.
