Stay in a new space close to the historic centre (for one person). The monthly price of € 1.050,00 is guaranteed with a minimum stay of 3 months; otherwise, a surcharge of 20% will be applied. You can always rent a unit from the 1st or 15th of the month until the 15th or the last day of the month. You won’t have to worry about anything else; everything is already included in the rental price: electricity, water, heating, internet, bicycle parking, and access to common areas such as the gym and yoga room. Additionally, the accommodations are cleaned weekly, and towels and bed linen are also changed weekly. These expenses may need to be paid separately: • € 1,70 tourist tax per person / per day (if you rent the room for more then 3 month ist included) • Use of the washing machine and dryer: € 5.00 per cycle • € 105.00 per month for a parking space (we also offer the option to charge electric cars for an additional fee) • Kitchen Starter Set: one-time price of € 200. If you wish, you can order the set before your arrival with us, so you will find your kitchenette fully equipped with everything necessary on the first day, without having to bring everything from home (pans, pots, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, knife set...) It’s not possible to transfer / request the residency at the building To reserve a unit, we require a preliminary contract and a deposit of € 2,000; you receive this deposit back within 60 days after check-out.
