Stay in a new space close to the historic centre (for one person). You can always rent a unit from the 1st or 15th of the month until the 15th or the last day of the month. You won’t have to worry about anything else; everything is already included in the rental price: electricity, water, heating, internet, bicycle parking, and access to common areas such as the gym and yoga room. Additionally, the accommodations are cleaned weekly, and towels and bed linen are also changed weekly. These expenses may need to be paid separately: • Use of the washing machine and dryer: € 5.00 per cycle • € 105.00 per month for a parking space (we also offer the option to charge electric cars for an additional fee) • Kitchen Starter Set: one-time price of € 200.
