An apartment of 2 bedrooms , comes with separate kitchen and a common living room. Total surface of 75,90m2. Can accommodate up to 3 people. One 140x200 cm bed and one 90x200 cm bed. All occupants can register under the address. Each private room is equipped with Desk, chair and closet. Common bathroom and kitchen with washing machine and microwave. U-Bahn: The closest U-Bahn station is likely the U8, for example, the "Pankow" station, which is nearby. If you book this apartment, the following rules apply: If your booking start date is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full month's rent is due. If your booking start date is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month's rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the first half month's rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month's rent is due. Smoking is not permitted. Please Note: The rental deposit is one month rent: - for the WG/ private room: Handover fee 100€ - for studio /apartment): Handover fee 150€ If we accept you as a tenant please deliver the following documents within 7 DAYS: proof of enrolment at your school/university, a bank statement which proves sufficient funds available to pay the rent - a work contract is also suitable. If we do not receive the documents within 7 days after you have completed the payment we will cancel the booking via HousingAnywhere and claim the first month according to their Terms&Conditions. If the move-in date is within these 7 days we need the documents 24 hours before move-in at the latest . Let us know if you need any additional information! Before moving in, tenants must provide proof of valid personal liability insurance (“Haftpflichtversicherung”). This insurance covers damages caused to the apartment or to third parties. It is highly recommended in Germany and often included with personal property insurance (“Hausratversicherung”). Without proof of insurance, keys cannot be handed over.
