It's suitable upto maximum 2 occupants. The studio is on 3rd floor inside a building away from the street. No traffic noises! We showcase the work of young designer and street artists to give the room’s interior the `feel good vibe ́ with natural soothing colours. The apartment comes with an equipped kitchen: A brand new white lacquered kitchen where one will enjoy preparing a gourmet or on- the- go meal. French iconic glasses Sharp knives and small electronics appliances such as kettle and toaster. The bathroom is spacious with a shower. A washing machine is available to make your life easier. Nearby from the studio there are public transportations available: Bus M27 towards S+U Jungfernheide. From there, you can transfer to the S-Bahn (S41 or S42) or U-Bahn (U7) to reach the city center (e.g., Alexanderplatz or Potsdamer Platz). Siemensdamm S-Bahn station is 10-minute walking distance. From there, take the S41 (Ringbahn) towards the city center. If you prefer driving: The drive takes about 15–20 minutes, depending on traffic to the city center. The most sportive way to move around is by bike. Cycle southeast on Osnabrücker Str. and follow the bike paths towards Tiergarten and Brandenburg Gate. It’s a scenic route and takes about 20–25 minutes. The area around offers a variety of dining options and local shops. Slightly further away there is Wilmersdorfer Straße, a popular shopping street with a mix of high-street brands, boutiques, and supermarkets. And Kaufhaus des Westens (KaDeWe): One of Europe’s most famous department stores, located in the city center. The best places to relax and enjoy outdoors are Mierendorffplatz and Schlosspark Charlottenburg. They are either around the corner or only 15-minute walk away. If you book this apartment, the following rules apply: If your booking start date is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full month rent is due. If your booking start date is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the first half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. Smoking is not permitted. Please Note: The rental deposit is one month's rent: - for the WG/ private room: Handover fee 100€ - for studio /apartment): Handover fee 150€ If we accept you as a tenant please deliver the following documents within 7 DAYS: proof of enrolment at your school/university, a bank statement which proves sufficient funds available to pay the rent, a work contract is also suitable. If we do not receive the documents within 7 days after you have completed the payment we will cancel the booking via HousingAnywhere and claim the first month according to their Terms&Conditions. If the move in date is within these 7 days we need the documents 24 hours before move-in at the latest. Before moving in, tenants must provide proof of valid personal liability insurance (“Haftpflichtversicherung”). This insurance covers damages caused to the apartment or to third parties. It is highly recommended in Germany and often included with personal property insurance (“Hausratversicherung”). Without proof of insurance, keys cannot be handed over.
