The building offers 27 fully furnished private apartments, including a unique duplex apartment, together with carefully designed common areas where residents can work, relax, and connect with people from around the world. THE LOCATION Located at Carrer de Gavà 77, in Barcelona's vibrant Sants-Montjuïc district, this residence enjoys an excellent location with easy access to the entire city. THE CONDITIONS Take a look at the conditions of this apartment to see if it meets your needs: - Utilities are included in the price. - A two-month security deposit is required. - There is a one-time 400€ entry fee, covering administration costs, contract preparation, check-in, and check-out cleaning. - The minimum stay is 3 months, with the possibility of extension. - Check-ins are available between 10 am and 6 pm from Monday to Friday. It is not possible to check in on weekends or bank holidays. Any out of hours Check-In will include a fee for 100€ Note: All Security Deposits and Admin Fees need to be pay directly to our bank account before the move-in.
