Located in the Born area, in the very city centre of (hidden), you can go anywhere on foot. Just down your loft you will find various coffee places, restaurants and bars to spend all your free time! If you need any recommendation, we are more than happy to help you. This trendy neighborhood is full of small, unique, local stores that offer something for everyone's taste. For your groceries we recommend you to visit the local markets and stores, that you can find through the entire neighborhood. The store owners will gladly help you to improve your Spanish and Catalan, just ask them. The loft perfect for independent and active travellers looking to feel part of the local culture and be part of the community. Practical details: 1 Open living & sleeping area with a queen size bed (with a storage place underneath it), a sofa, tv and a dining table 1 Open kitchen, equipped with all its necessary tools, such as: dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc. 1 Bathroom with a shower and toilet 2 Small balconies Washing machine Hot & cold air converter WiFi Location: It is located in the Sant Pere Quarter, one of the oldest parts of town, very close to the Santa Maria del Mar Church. The apartment is very close to the big Via Laietana and only 15 minutes walking to the beach. There is no elevator in the building, the apartment is located on the second floor. District: Born Nearest grocery store: 220 meters away Nearest pharmacy: 400 meters away Transportation: We highly recommend to move around walking and using public transportation, as downtown isn't the best place to park a car. If you rent a scooter, though, you will manage just perfect! However, if you come with your private vehicle, there are various paid parking close to Jaume 1. Nearest Metro station: Jaume 1, 300 meters away (hidden) airport: (hidden)'s airport is located 16.5 kilometers away, about 30 minutes from the flat. Use the AeroBus for best convenience. Nearest Beach: (hidden)'s Beach is located at 1.3 kilometers from the building Nearest Ferry: (hidden)'s Port at 1.2 Kilometers. Comments: - Utility fees are paid separately from the Rental Price. They have a cost of 6€ per day for 2 persons. BE AWARE, IF YOU BOOK THROUGH (hidden), THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE AND ARE TO BE PAID ASIDE. - Check-in is possible after 15h. - There is a late check-in fee of €30 for check-ins between 8pm and 11.59pm, and €50 for later check-ins. This fee must be paid directly to the check-in agent in cash. Otherwise, VAT must be added to it. - A damage deposit of €600 (via our App) must be paid upon arrival. It does not apply to reservations made through (hidden). - Sheets and towels (shower) are provided for the amount of guests indicated in the reservation. Any extra set (towels or sheets) is 15€. - Beach towels are not provided. - The cleaning fee is for the final cleaning at the end of your stay. - PARTIES are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN, as well as making noise after 20h. - It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to SMOKE in any part of the apartment/building.
