Additionally, you will have access to all our communal spaces such as the living room, kitchen, our nice garden, and wonderful roof terrace with views all over the city. You will not meet tourists in our house as we only rent to people who stay in Barcelona for more than 6 months. If you are looking for the quietest neighborhood well connected to the city centre, you will feel great with us! It is an ideal place for remote working not only thanks to the high-speed wifi connection but also the different comfortable spaces to do it. It is located within a 7' walking distance from Vallcarca metro station, 5' from the nearest supermarket, 12' from Park Guell, and 20' from the center of Gracia. The neighborhood is a residential area essentially of local families and consequently very safe and calm. The quality of the air is also much better than the city center as it is uphill.
