RENTAL CONDITION In addition to the rent, there is a one-time agency fee. This fee is calculated by multiplying the monthly agency cost (listed under “Other Costs”) by the number of months you plan to stay. Example: If the agency fee is €200 per month and you are staying for 3 months: €200 × 3 months = €600 total agency fee DEPOSIT: - up to 6 months rent: The deposit is one month's rent - more than 6 months rent: the deposit is two months rent. BILLS: The bills mentioned in the advertisement are an estimate, at the end of your rental you will be shown how much has been consumed and accordingly the difference will be charged to you or refunded to you. CONTRACTS: - Contracts will be sent to the email of each tenant and guarantor. Contracts must be digitally signed by all persons mentioned in the contract, including the guarantor. - The contract must be fully signed before check-in. CHECKIN: Tenants must arrive at our office with a valid ID Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm to collect the keys. If check in is outside working hours or on weekends, an agent will be sent to the flat with the keys. A fee of 25 euros in cash will be charged for check-ins after 9pm and 40 euros after 11pm. PAYMENT: You have 3 options for paying the balance 1. 1. Cash (you can pay at the office, only for tickets on weekdays before 18:00) 2. 2. Card (can be paid at the office for weekday entries before 18:00, or an instant payment link can be sent for weekend entries or for those wishing to pay in advance; please note that a 2.5% commission of the final amount will be charged for card payments). 3. 3.
