The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months. **IMPORTANT** You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes. Your usual residence must be outside Barcelona.
