Ideal for those who want to explore Athens historical centre on foot Check the video or photos to get an idea of the area and apartment 5 minutes walk to Metro stop Thissio and 10 to the Acropolis hill Plaka and Monastiraki districts are within 7-8 minutes Fully Renovated in 2023 The property is within 2 minutes walk from the famous pedestrian street of the Acropolis with great nightlife, shops It is on the semi ground floor (you walk 4 steps down from street level to enter the property) 2 Air conditions (for heating AND cooling), ADSL Wi-Fi with up to 100 Mbps speed, Smart TV 1 bedroom with double bed 1 living room 1 kitchen and washing machine 1 bathroom We provide 2 pillows, 1 blanket. We do NOT provide bed sheets , towels or small electric appliances like hair dryer, water kettle etc. Dimensions of bed is 1,50 x 2,00 Kitchen is equipped with stove , oven , fridge , a washing machine (with a drying rack provided for your convenience). There are some kitchen utensils like glasses , spoons, plates, sandwich maker etc left from previous tenants, but we do not provide them . We provide only the 5 major electric appliance (Stove , oven , fridge, washing machine and boiler for hot water) . You are welcome to use any other appliance or kitchen utensil that previous guest have left but if you need anything else you have to buy it for your self. here is a FIXED monthly cost for utilities , (please CLICK on the monthly price that says "exclude bills, deposit required" to see full analysis of all costs). Note that the utility called "GAS" is the cost of building expenses. There is no gas or central heating. We use Air condition for heating / cooling Please note that we do not operate 24/7. Check in is not available on Weekends , holidays or after 19.00 Check also the video (after photos ) if it is available for this property A damage deposit is required in cash upon check-in, and it is refundable upon check-out after the room has been inspected. Damage deposit and rules are stated at the online contract (no need for signing) that our company will create a few days after your check in. If you have a Greek Tax number you also need to accept online the contract using your tax credentials (this does not apply to students or residents without Greek tax number)
