This fully independent newly renovated studio is situated close to the city center of Athens, Ampelokipoi. Covering an area of 24 sqm (258 sqft), this studio features a living room, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. It is ideal for short term stays or a great option for holidays. • 400m (6’ walk) to Panormou Metro Station • 150m (2’ walk) to the nearest bus station • 4km to Syntagma Square (4 stops by metro - 6min) • 5km to Acropolis/Plaka (5 stops by metro - 8min) The studio is ideal for a couple but it can also host a family or even friends. It can host up to 3 adults (double bed + folding bed) and a baby cot. The studio is located on the semi-basement of the residence. The main room is fully air conditioned, it is equipped with a smart 43’’ TV, a double bed, a comfy folding bed, as well as a dining table/workspace. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom. The room includes a wardrobe. There is also a small and quiet backyard, to have your coffee. Children/babies are more than welcomed! We can provide everything they need! Table games and books are available. Tea/coffee machine is at the guest’s disposal. There is everything you need for long term stays (washing machine, refrigerator, cooking oven, coffee machine, linens, kitchen utensils, etc.) The studio is equipped with a fast internet connection and access to the router is provided for free. The studio has recently been renovated with new furniture. Visitors are offered with fresh linen, towels, blankets, shampoo, toothpaste, pharmacy, hair dryer, kitchenware etc. Guests can enjoy central Athens attractions and main areas. All those are approximately 10 min away by Metro. For our little friends a stroller, travel cot, high chair, baby bath and toys are available and at your disposal. The studio policy does not allow smoking inside the property, no pets are allowed as well as no group parties. (cash on your check in) Please, note that rent prices include VAT 13% based on the GR law for short term bookings till 60 days. For stays more than 2 (two) months (when its possible) a discount applies in the rental price.
