For your security and a smooth check-in process: - A refundable $500 security deposit is required. - A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in. - A short rental agreement will be sent electronically after booking. - Some buildings may require a brief background check as part of management policy. - Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival.
