While there is no garage, free parking is available directly in front of the house. The house benefits from a south-facing orientation, ensuring excellent natural light throughout the day. Praia da Granja has a convenient train station, with direct connections to the center of Porto in approximate- ly 25 minutes. The nearby village of Aguda is within a 14 minute walk and offers grocery stores, fishmongers, bakeries, ATM Machine, nice restaurants, and bars. The ground floor features a spacious, sun-filled, fully equipped kitchen; a pantry; a bright guest bathroom; a generous dinning-room and living-room with fireplace, overlooking the garden, an ideal space to relax and enjoy the sunset from the porch or garden. The upper floor comprises, four bedrooms plus one additional small room; two master bedrooms with double beds; two single bedrooms; one smaller room suitable for storage or ironing and a large bathroom with two windows.
